Welcome to Pass in 1 Week. By booking a driving course through our website, over the phone, or by any other means, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Course Purchase Validity

All driving courses purchased through Pass in 1 Week must be commenced and completed within 12 months of the original purchase date.

Any unused lessons, partially completed courses, or unused credits remaining after this period will expire automatically and will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or extension unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your course.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged by Pass in 1 Week.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. If we are unable to provide the booked course, any payment received may be refunded at our discretion.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

All driving courses purchased through Pass in 1 Week are non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Inability to attend lessons.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Failure to pass a driving test.
• Personal circumstances.
• Medical reasons.
• Relocation.
• Changes to DVSA test dates, availability, delays, or cancellations.

Students may cancel their booking at any time; however, no refund will be payable for any payments already made.

Missed lessons, late arrivals, non-attendance, or cancellations made by the student may result in the loss of lesson time and will not be eligible for replacement lessons, credits, or refunds.

Pass in 1 Week may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative lesson dates or a course credit in exceptional circumstances. Such arrangements are entirely discretionary and do not create any obligation to provide refunds or credits in future cases.

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Rescheduling and Course Amendments

Requests to amend or reschedule lessons should be made as soon as possible.

Any changes are subject to instructor availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Pass in 1 Week reserves the right to charge an administration fee for amendments to confirmed bookings.

Instructor Allocation

Pass in 1 Week reserves the right to allocate, change, or reassign instructors at any time.

While every effort will be made to match students with instructors in their preferred area, this cannot be guaranteed.

Students may be required to travel to a mutually agreed meeting point for lessons.

Driving Test Bookings

Where a course includes a practical driving test, Pass in 1 Week may assist with arranging the test booking.

Driving test appointments are subject to availability through the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

Pass in 1 Week is not responsible for:

• DVSA test cancellations.
• Changes to test dates or times.
• Examiner availability.
• Test centre closures.
• Delays caused by the DVSA.

Any test-related decisions remain the responsibility of the DVSA.

Student Responsibilities

Students must:

• Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
• Provide accurate personal information when booking.
• Bring their provisional licence to lessons if requested.
• Arrive on time for all lessons.
• Be medically fit to drive.
• Not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any medication that may impair their ability to drive safely.

Failure to comply may result in the lesson being cancelled without refund.

Lesson Attendance

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled lessons.

If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

Failure to attend a lesson without notice may result in the lesson being forfeited without refund or replacement.

Liability

Pass in 1 Week shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Delays outside our control.
• Instructor illness or unavailability.
• Vehicle breakdowns.
• Adverse weather conditions.
• DVSA cancellations or delays.
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other road users at all times.

Abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of lessons and/or the course.

Pass in 1 Week reserves the right to refuse tuition or terminate a course where a student’s behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

In such circumstances, no refund, credit, or compensation will be provided.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, remains the property of Pass in 1 Week and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Privacy

Pass in 1 Week is committed to protecting your personal information.

Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Changes to These Terms

Pass in 1 Week reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
